We are experts in the instruction of self-defense, life skills, and physical fitness (weight loss, etc.)  But that is not all we are about, we provide an environment for fun, happiness, and personal growth each day we come together.  Classes are seperated by age, gender, and skill level.  We have classes for beginners only, women only, kids only, advanced practitioners, and professional fighters.  We specialize in one-to-one instruction for people wanting individual, personalized instruction.
